Powder Springs staff’s September 28 recommendation for the proposed 242-apartment development at 2761 Macedonia Road bases the residential EV-charging minimum on 10% of apartment units. It also calls for at least four parking spaces equipped with charging stations for the commercial component.

The August 24 report instead used 10% of apartment parking spaces. The current proposal lists 353 apartment parking spaces for 242 apartments, so the revised wording uses a smaller denominator.
