NickO Report is designed to explain public development records, not to build profiles of people who use the site or appear in source documents. This page is draft launch copy and requires owner and legal review before hosted publication.

Public records and private review

Public pages show only approved, source-backed events. Candidate observations, document excerpts, reviewer activity, person names, mailing addresses, and contact information remain out of public routes.

Analytics

Any future product events must use anonymous, bounded names. A hosted analytics provider must be selected and reviewed before activation.

Corrections

Correction reports contain the page, claim, description, and an optional source URL. The form does not request a name, email address, parcel owner, or other contact detail.

Business-entity research

The Georgia Secretary of State lookup is a protected reviewer tool. It does not expose officer, agent, principal, or address information on public pages.
