A proposal to assign R-4 Single Family Residential zoning to parcels fronting Glynn Drive SE upon annexation appears on Atlanta's Nov. 5 Zoning Review Board agenda. The agenda identifies case Z-26-59; the same various-parcel zoning proposal appears in the supporting record as ordinance 26-O-1541.[1][2]

The supporting ordinance describes a petition to annex the properties from unincorporated DeKalb County through Georgia's 60% method. The Office of Zoning and Development recommends R-4 zoning upon annexation, consistent with the current DeKalb zoning.[2]

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the second-floor City Council Chambers. The agenda establishes a zoning review checkpoint, not completed annexation or adoption of the proposed designation.[1][2]
