Ordinance 26-O-1541 would assign R-4, or Single Family Residential, zoning. The Zoning Committee’s Sept. 28 minutes record a unanimous referral to committee, not adoption of the zoning designation.

Separately, ordinance 26-O-1543 would amend the city’s 2025 comprehensive development plan to assign a Medium Lot Single Family land-use designation. Its supporting text cites a petition using Georgia’s 60% annexation method and an Office of Zoning & Development recommendation for that designation. These are proposed zoning and plan changes, not evidence of completed annexation or enacted designations.
