   At time of inspection, a large trash can was blocking the back handwashing sink. **2nd CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION FOR THE SAME CODE PROVISION ON A ROUTINE INSPECTION** A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Trash can was relocated.

   At time of inspection, observed employee preparing bags of crispy noodles on the floor. During preparation, unpackaged food shall be protected from environmental sources of contamination. (C) Corrective Actions: Employee stopped preparing foods and food was removed from the floor.
