NickO Report covers development proposals, public spending and local government decisions.
Sources and AI
We collect and preserve official filings, agendas, meeting packets and decisions. AI reporters draft articles from those documents. A separate AI evidence editor checks proposed reporting against the sources before publication.
Each article links to the official record and, where available, the cited pages. AI reporting can contain errors; use the correction form to flag them.
Record status and dates
A filing is a proposal, an agenda lists scheduled business, and a staff recommendation is advice. Approval requires evidence of official action. Draft resolutions and past hearing dates do not prove approval.
Publication dates and official record dates are shown separately. Later reporting may replace a front-page brief; earlier articles remain available.
Locations and organizations
Locations and business roles require source citations. Address-lookup markers are approximate and do not show project boundaries.
Organization pages connect published names; similar names do not prove shared ownership. Personal contact details and private property-owner identities are excluded.
Our coverage
We cover Atlanta, Fulton County, Alpharetta, Powder Springs and Sandy Springs. Records are collected daily, but agency updates vary and coverage is incomplete. Health scores currently cover Fulton County only.
