    Facility does not have an approved EPA registered bleach solution that is effective against Norovirus for vomit and diarrheal events. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter.     Observed green shelled mussels and raw oysters in the prep line cooler with no shellstock tags present. Shellstock tags on site did not have the date the last shellstock was sold. Molluscan shellfish tags shall remain attached to the container in which the molluscan shellfish are received until the container is empty. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Discussed the proper methods for storing and maintaining shellstock tags.
