   (vi)(vii)(viii)Observed cut melons and chopped fruit stored under unwashed blueberries in walk-in cooler. There was raw bacon stored over cooked sausage and raw chicken tenders over cooked meatballs in upright freezer. In prep freezer, there was chicken tenders stored over cooked potato home fries. Food shall be protected from cross contamination during display, storage, and preparation. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) arranged items to store appropriately.

Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) . (C) Corrective Actions: Could not correct on-site. Please correct by 10/12/26.
