There was raw bacon stored over cooked sausage and raw chicken tenders over cooked meatballs in upright freezer. In prep freezer, there was chicken tenders stored over cooked potato home fries. Food shall be protected from cross contamination during display, storage, and preparation. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) arranged items to store appropriately.
