   Observed several TCS foods cold holding at above 41F in main kitchen and along front food service area (*see asterisk*). C/A: All TCS foods cold held must be maintained at 41F and below. COS: All food in main kitchen discarded; sauce cups along front food service are out of temperature less than an hour per PIC, items placed on ice inside WIC to rapidly cool. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
