   PIC stated facility receives key drop deliveries; however, was not able to present key drop delivery agreement. PIC stated that the food service record temperatures for deliveries every Monday and Thursday. Observed temperatures from food service recorded on invoice. CA: PIC shall ensure written procedures and plans, where specified by this Chapter and as developed by the food service establishment and when required are maintained and implemented as required. PIC shall ensure employees are verifying that foods delivered to the food service establishment during non-operating hours are from approved sources and are placed into appropriate storage locations such that they are maintained at the required temperatures, protected from contamination, unadulterated, accurately presented, by routinely monitoring the employees' observations, maintaining receiving/corrective action records for deliveries during non-operating hours and maintaining record of food temperatures and conditions upon receipt of delivery EHS will follow up by 9/24/2026 to verify that key drop deliver agreement has been put in place and has been maintained.    Observed no test strips/testing device for measuring quat sanitizing concentration. CA :1. In manual warewashing operations, a temperature measuring device shall be provided and readily accessible for frequently measuring the washing and sanitizing temperatures. Pf 2. In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. Pf (i) Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf j) Cleaning Agents and Sanitizers. 1. Cleaning agents that are used to clean equipment and utensils as specified under section (7) of this Rule, shall be provided and available for use during all hours of operation. Pf 2. Except for those that are generated on-site at the time of use, chemical sanitizers that are used to sanitize equipment and utensils, as specified under Section (8) of this Rule, shall be provided and available for use during all hours of operation.
