Observed multi-rack of bagels and croissants in the main kitchen across from the 3 Door Reach in Cooler stored uncovered. Observed ice bin with ice being used for customer drinks stored uncovered in the front service area underneath the coffee machines. CA: With the exception of cooling, all food items must be stored covered to protect from contamination. COS: All items were covered by PIC and food employees. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
