Explore the source documentsChattahoochee Hills’ sixth annual Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 31, from noon to 3:30 p.m. at City Hall, 6505 Rico Road. Admission is free.[1][2]
The city is inviting businesses, churches, artists and crafters, nonprofits and community groups to apply for vendor space. The charge is $20 plus one door-prize or gift-giveaway item. That covers space only: vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents and displays.[2]
Spaces are limited and assigned first come, first served. Food vendors are invitation-only because of existing vendor agreements. The outdoor event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine. Vendor fees are nonrefundable except when an application is declined, in which case the packet promises a full refund.[2]
Prospective vendors can find the application on the city’s Community Outreach webpage. The guidelines call for proof of liability insurance and a signed event waiver. Vendor setup begins at 10 a.m., and booths must be ready by 11 a.m.—an hour before the public opening.[1][2]
