Macedonia Road plan seeks more homes than normally allowed

What changes
SCP Acquisitions, LLC requested annexation and rezoning at 2761 Macedonia Road. The accompanying density request asks for an exception to the normal limit on homes per acre. The report identifies Macedonia Barrett, LLC as the property owner and says it authorized the annexation and rezoning requests.
