   Toxic substance storage and use

   Observed two working spray bottles not properly labeled. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge (PIC) printed common name labels for contents of spray bottled; bleach and glass cleaner respectively.
