   Observed build up of debris in ice machine and on at least six trays stored as clean. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) had trays cleaned but will return 10/9/26 to ensure ice machine has been cleaned.
