   Toppins (blueberry and strawberry) for waffles in storage containers that the lid must be removed (food fully exposed) not stored under sneeze guards to prevent against contamination. Food shall be properly protected against sources of contamination when on display for customer self-service. Corrective Actions: Containers placed under guards.
