   Observed that the back sink that is next to the three compartment sink in the ware washing area was not supplied with soap.***SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION OF THE CODE PROVISION***// Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The person in charge replaced the soap at the handwashing sink.//
