    Observed multiple containers of single use utensils that were stored with the food/lip-contact surface up being offered to the public for self service.// Knives, forks, and spoons that are not pre-wrapped shall be presented so that only the handles are touched by employees and by consumers if consumer self-service is provided. (C) Corrective Actions: The person in charge removed the single use utensils and placed them back in the containers so that the lip-contact surface was not accessible to the touch when handling by the public for self service.//
