    Observed a food employee with plastic gloves on touch the edge of the trashcan then moved to the warming unit to grab cooked duck to cut into portions with the same gloves.// If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: The gloves were discarded and the employee washed their hands. The duck was discarded.//
