   Observed a buildup of a mold-like substance inside the ice machine in the back of the house. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The ice was melted and drained, and the machine was washed and sanitized.

Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying and covered or inverted. (C) Corrective Actions: The pans were separated in a self-drying position.
