   Bare-hand contact with food

   Observed employee prepare ready-to-eat deli sandwiches with their bare hands for a catering order. Except when washing fruits and vegetables, food employees shall not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. (P) Corrective Actions: Employee discarded the sandwiches, washed their hands, and put gloves on.
