   Observed that green detergent buckets used to hold sanitizing solution were not properly labeled as sanitizer. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.    Observed that the facility did not have chlorine test strips to measure the sanitizer concentration of the dish machine behind the front service counter. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Test strips acquired.
