CA: Dining tables must be sanitized by one of the following methods: 2 bucket system with wet wiping cloths (1st to debride food, 2nd to sanitize; both buckets must be sanitizer solution), a spray sanitizer with disposable paper towels, or pre-moistened disposable sanitizer wipes.
