   Inspector observed facility without Chlorine/Bleach disinfectant matching written Bodily Fluid Clean-up procedures. PIC stated they buy bleach if/when they need it. Facility also without ppe & absorbent material as listed in the written procedures. CA: Obtain vomit/diarrhea kit containing an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus, including written procedures, and all items listed on procedures to keep in facility. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 09/21/2026
