CA: Once cold hold insulation containers are washed, rinsed, and sanitized store in the freezer until used the next morning to hold cold TCS foods (cream cheese, butter, eggs, milk etc.) If this does not hold the TCS foods at or below 41 degrees F, provide and alternate method to maintain the TCS foods at or below 41 degrees F.
