   Observed raw marinated chicken, raw beef was stored together on the same shelf, one bin of raw pork was directly stored on top of the raw chicken, raw fish stored next to raw chicken in the walk-in cooler. CA: Discussed with the person in charge that raw animal foods need to be stored separately based on minimum cooking temperatures by spacing or placing in separate shelves.
