At the time of inspection, condensate liquid from air conditioner was observed draining into metal pan on food preparation table and also splashing onto food storage containers on food / non food storage shelves next to food preparation table in kitchen. Person in charge was advised to have air conditioning unit repaired by a licensed service technician by 9/29/26. New Violation. Correct By: 09/29/2026
