At the time of inspection multiple in use serving utensils were observed stored in a metal container of still water that tested at 82F on food prep table next to rice warmer observed with white rice used for customers order. Person in charge was advised to wash, rinse and sanitize said utensils and store either in food with handle extended above food or on a clean food contact surface. New Violation. At the time of inspection, condensate liquid from air conditioner was observed draining into metal pan on food preparation table and also splashing onto food storage containers on food / non food storage shelves next to food preparation table in kitchen.
