CA: 2.During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored: In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon. CORRECT BY: If a scoop is used and stored in the dry food item, it must have a handle and the handle must be stored sticking up out of the food. Repeat Violation.

   PIC was unable to provide sanitizing test strips at the time of inspection. CA: Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. CORRECT BY: Test strips for both the quat and chlorine/bleach sanitizers must be kept onsite and used. Test strips must be acquired and evidence sent to inspector no later than 9/15/2026.
