Observed food storage shelves in bottom area of prep top cooler and reach in coolers with a HEAVY accumulation of food residue on food storage shelves.PIC was advised to clean said area on a frequent schedule to avoid accumulation and to send pictures to inspector via email by 7/22/26.     Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed, such as after closing. Observed a heavy accumulation of grease on floors under and behind deep fryers in kitchen and accumulation of old food particles and debris along floor/ wall juncture through out the establishment. PIC was advised to frequently clean said areas to avoid accumulation and send pictures of cleaned areas to inspector via email by 7/22/26. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 07/22/2026
