Observed floors inside the walk in cooler unclean to sight with debris build up on floor under racks. The fans in the walk in cooler were observed unclean with black substances in the grates. Debris was not observed to blowing on food items for sale. Gaskets on the reach in cooler near serving line were observed to be unclean with black debris build in the gaskets. Advised to have deep cleaned and increase cleaning frequency Corrective Action: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. New Violation.
