COS: All food discarded and replenished except cream cheese in self serve cooler. Per PIC, cream cheese was out of temperature less than 1-hour due to restock. Cream cheese moved to WIC in ice bath and observed at 41F by end of inspection. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
