The supporting resolution says GDOT authorized three construction change orders to address unforeseen conflicts with Atlanta's water infrastructure. Work included relocating a 1-inch water service and 6-inch waterline, replacing about 280 feet of 12-inch water main, and additional service-line work.

Resolution 26-R-4133 would also increase the agreement's authorized amount by $198,518.18 through an amendment to resolution 18-R-4346. That increase is distinct from the proposed final payment. The minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint; the favorable committee recommendation does not establish that the payment was made.
