Atlanta planning staff recommends a 30-day delay to November for the proposed rezoning of 687 and 707 Angier Avenue NE. An Oct. 8 memorandum to the Zoning Review Board supports the applicant’s request for more time.[1]

Case Z-26-52 would replace conditional mixed residential-commercial and light-industrial zoning with MRC-3 mixed residential-commercial zoning across the two properties. The Beltline Overlay would remain.[1]

Staff’s support is for postponement, not an endorsement of the zoning change. The memorandum gives no reason for the applicant’s request and records neither a board decision granting the delay nor approval of the rezoning.[1]
