A special-use permit request for outdoor dining at 918 Austin Avenue NE appears on Atlanta's Nov. 5 Zoning Review Board agenda. Application U-26-14, supporting ordinance 26-O-1515, falls under the rule for outdoor dining at eating and drinking establishments within 1,000 feet of residential property or specified residential zoning districts.[1][2]

The same application also appears on the Oct. 8 agenda. The November agenda places it among deferred cases, but those listings do not establish that an October hearing occurred or that the October review was canceled.[1][3]

Both meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the second-floor City Council Chambers. Neither agenda establishes permission to begin outdoor dining.[1][3]
