A new single-family home proposed on Peachtree Battle Avenue NW near Peachtree Battle Circle is on Atlanta’s Nov. 5 Board of Zoning Adjustment agenda with two height requests. The application seeks a building height of 37 feet 4 inches instead of 35 feet and a 17-foot front-yard retaining wall instead of six feet.[1]

The board deferred case V-26-109 on Sept. 10. Its result letter describes the retaining-wall exception and assigns the case to Nov. 5; the November agenda also lists the building-height variance. The supplied passages do not establish when that additional request became part of the application.[1][2]

The agenda schedules the board meeting for noon in Council Chambers. It lists requested relief, not permission already granted for either height increase.[1]
