A pool proposed for 2156 Ridgedale Road NE is scheduled for Atlanta Board of Zoning Adjustment review Nov. 5. The requested exception concerns where it would go: in a yard adjacent to a street.[1]

Applicant Joseph Chase Wujcik seeks a special exception for the pool at the property, which is zoned for single-family residential use. Case V-26-143 is an application for permission, not an approval recorded in the agenda.[1]

The agenda does not include a site plan, pool dimensions or screening details. It therefore does not establish the pool’s precise placement or how it would be separated from the street. The board meeting is scheduled for noon in the second-floor Council Chambers.[1]
