   Observed multiple pans stored as clean with sticker residue on them. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C) Corrective Actions: Stickers were removed and pans were recleaned and sanitized.
