   Observed multiple containers of milks, cold foams, and whipped cream holding at temperatures greater than 41. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: All unopened shelf stable milks placed in walk in, all cold foams, whipped cream and opened containers of shelf stable milks discarded.
