   Observed high temp sanitizing dish machine with dishes being cleaned in the machine not reaching a final rinse temperature of 165F. CA: The temperature of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse, for a stationary rack, single temperature machine, may not be less than 165F COS: Booster heater was turned up and the dish machine tested at the correct temperature.
