   Observed improper cold holding temperatures in the 4 drawer cooler below the grill. The hamburger patties ranged from 46-48, cheese 48 deg, roast beef 48 deg F, corned beef 44 deg F. The issue is from the drawers not properly closing resulting in them being above 41°F. TCS food shall be cold held at 41°F or below. Do not stack TCS food past the fill line, as this can result in temperature abuse. COS by discarding. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
