   Observed no Certified Food Safety Manager for facility. The certificate of Lauren Rogers was posted, however, she is the District/Area Manager and does not oversee food handling on a daily/regular basis. At least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a certified food safety manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program that conforms to the national standards for organizations that certify individuals. Certified Food Safety Managers must be designated to one food service establishment only and maintain and renew certification in accordance with the requirements of the examination taken. NOTE: CFSM must be for someone who is actively working at facility for a majority of each week such as a General Manager or Assistant Manager. Must have within 72 hours. Health Authority will follow-up to verify. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 10/22/2026
