Chattahoochee Hills staff recommend keeping the property-tax rate for the city's Fulton County residents at 8.2 mills for 2026. Although the rate would remain at 8.2 mills, it is 0.06 mills, or 0.74%, above the calculated rollback rate of 8.14 mills. Council has not adopted the proposed rate.

The city has scheduled the first of three public hearings for October 6 at 6:30 p.m. The remaining two hearings were not dated in the September 15 staff memorandum; it says they must take place at least five days after the first.
