The packet sets annual ranges of $40,000–$55,000 for parks maintenance technicians, park rangers and public-works technicians. Heavy-equipment operators have a $50,000–$65,000 range, while public-works supervisors have a $60,000–$75,000 range.

Approval does not automatically increase every employee's salary. Actual pay remains subject to approved budgets, qualifications, experience and personnel policies. Costs from higher starting rates must fit departmental appropriations or return to Council if additional funding is needed.

The packet lists different police-officer maximum salaries in its memorandum and attached table; the minutes do not reproduce a corrected final schedule. Staff had recommended correcting inconsistencies before adoption. The approval date also remains unresolved because the draft's header says October 1, 2026, while its footer identifies October 6.
