    At time of inspection, observed a large container of raw pork on the floor, 2 soy sauce buckets stored at a height less than 6 inches off the floor, and a large container of uncovered crispy noodles stored under the left side of the handwashing sink. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: 1) in a clean dry location; (C) 2) where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and 3) at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: Raw pork and soy sauce buckets were stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Crispy noddles were discarded (water droplets were observed around the rim of the container).
