   Observed that there was an accumulation of encrusted grease and food debris on multiple surfaces in the kitchen (ovens, freezer, cleaned metal food container lids, clean dish shelves). Vents in the kitchen and the prep line also had an accumulation of debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C) Corrective Actions: Perform a deep clean of surfaces within the kitchen.
