   Equipment design and condition

   Prep cooler at the fryer area observed with an ambient air temperature of 64 F. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) . (C) Corrective Actions: Repair the cooler within 10 days (by 09/24/26). Cooler must be capable of maintaining TCS foods at 41 F or below.
