   Food-contact surface sanitation

   Observed buildup of a mold-like substance at the top of the ice machine where the ice is made. Observed a buildup of grime on the inside of the drink nozzle in the lobby. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The Ice machine and the drink nozzle were cleaned and sanitized.
