   Facility is getting keydrops from Sysco, but no keydrop agreement on site. Delivery driver not taking temperatures of items as they are keydropped. The person in charge shall ensure the food service establishment maintains records of the written agreement as specified in Rule .04(3)(m)3 of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon receipt of delivery.    Observed multiple containers of sauces, sugar, flour, and semolina without labels. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food.
